4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9472: Described as a part of the SE 1/4 NE%of Section 16,T-2-N,R-14-W,Pulaski
12 County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
13 point located N01°30'47"E,a distance of 124.69'from the southeast corner of the said
14 SE'/4 NE'/a;said point being the Point of Beginning. Thence N69°51'41"W,a distance
15 of 513.87', thence N74°54'52"W, a distance of 465.51', thence N01°30'47"E, a
16 distance of 360.37' to a point located on the southern right-of-way line of Arkansas
17 State Highway 10,thence easterly along said right-of-way the following courses: (1)
18 S78°21'10"E — 88.21'; (2) S68°04'35"E — 131.00'; (3) S82°38'11"E — 147.46'; (4)
19 S70°06'01"E — 162.90'; (5) SO4°01'21"E — 22.24'; (6) S62°18'11"E — 222.00'; (7)
20 S72°04'45"E — 215.65'; and (8) S79°33'22"E — 20.61', thence leaving said right-of-
21 way S01°30'47"W, a distance of 321.90' back to the Point of Beginning, containing
22 7.379 acres , more or less: From R-2, Single-Family District, to C-1, Neighborhood
23 Commercial District (20300 Block of Highway 10; south side of Highway 10,
24 approximately 0.5 mile west of Chenal Parkway).
25 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
26 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
27 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
28 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
32 ordinance.
33 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
34 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
