7 PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
8 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-3
13 CUP, Single-Family Residential with Conditional Use Permit, for an elementary school,to POD,Planned
14 Office Development:
15 Z-5126-A: The NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, T-1-N,
16 R-12-W,in the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas. Subject to the rights-
17 of-way of South Harrison Street,West 18th Street, and Jackson Street. Subject to a
18 drainage and utility easement as recorded as Instrument No.2002136156, records of
19 Pulaski County,Arkansas.
20 Section 2. That the,preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
21 Rock Planning Commission.
22 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for the Franklin Community Health
• 23 Complex Short-Form POD, located at 1701 South Harrison Street (Z-5126-A), is conditioned upon
24 obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of
25 the Code of Ordinances.
26 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
27 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. -
29 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.

1 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
