6 218 NORTH MCKINLEY STREET (Z-9480),LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS,
7 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
8 ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-2,
13 Single-Family District,to POD,Planned Office District:
14 Z-9480: A piece of land 87.5 feet north to south by 150 feet east to west commencing
15 at a point fifteen(15)feet west and 490 feet south from the northeast corner of the W
16 '/2 of the N'h of the NE 1/4 Section 1,Township 1 North,Range 13 West;thence running
17 South 87.5 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence North 87.5 feet; thence East 150 feet to
18 the point of beginning,all in the W 1/2 of the N% of the NE %Section 1,Township 1
19 North,Range 13 West,in the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas.
20 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
21 Rock Planning Commission.
22 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Integrated Psych Solutions Short-
23 Form POD, located at 218 North McKinley Street (Z-9480), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan
24 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
25 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
26 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
27 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
28 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
32 ordinance.
33 Section 6. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
34 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
