3 AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-9435: Described as part of the NW 1/4 NE '/4 of Section 9, T -1-N, R -13-W, Little
13 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning
14 at the northeast corner of Lot 2 (Point 1), Westview Medical Addition to the City of
15 Little Rock, Arkansas, said corner lying on the west right-of-way line of Centerview
16 Drive; thence S71004'00"W — 81.23' along the north line of said Lot 2 (Point 2);
17 thence N87°21'21"W — 250.00' continuing along said north line to the northwest
18 corner of said Lot 2 (Point 3); thence NO204510311E — 330.32' to a point on the south
19 right-of-way line of Kanis Road (Point 4), thence S82016'42"E — 16.67' along said
20 south right-of-way (Point 5); thence S86028'21"E — 212.68' along said south right -
21 of -way (Point 6); thence S03031'39"W — 2.26' (Point 7); thence S87023'29"E —16.00'

23 10); thence southerly along western right-of-way line of Centerview Drive the

Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage and approval.
Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
