2 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
3 TO ACCEPT THE OFFER MADE BY MR. ROBERT JERRY TO
4 DEDICATE LAND TO THE CITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
5 WHEREAS, the owner of property located at the intersection of Pulaski and W.
6 32nd Street has offered to donate the property described as: Lot 7, Block 32, Braddocks
7 Blvd. Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas, to the City of Little
8 Rock, and
9 WHEREAS, this lot is vacant; a city street runs diagonally across it and the
10 owner is unable to build upon it for that reason, and
11 WHEREAS, the only liability the City will assume upon the acceptance of the
12 property will be maintenance of the lot according to City code;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
14 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to accept the dedication of land
16 described as Lot 7, Block 32, Braddocks Blvd. Addition to the City of Little Rock,
17 Pulaski County, Arkansas, from Mr. Robert Jerry.
18 Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
19 adoption.
