2 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO CONSTRUCTION
3 MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE FOR SIGNAL INSTALLATION
4 CEDAR HILL RD. AT REBSAMEN PARK RD. PROJECT; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the installation of a signal Cedar Hill Rd. at
7 Rebsamen Park Rd., Bid No. 05 -248; and
8 WHEREAS, Construction Management & Maintenance submitted the lowest
9 responsible bid;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
13 Construction Management & Maintenance for installation of a signal Cedar Hill Rd. at
14 Rebsamen Park Rd.
15 Section 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in account 314-
16 220 -TS07. Amount for construction services: $99,187.00 ($90,170.00 plus 10%
17 contingencies).
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
