3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 4, 2019, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 DENIAL OF A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT TITLED 1103
6 RINGO AIRBNB SHORT-FORM PCD (Z-9395), LOCATED AT 1103
7 RINGO STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, an application to rezone property located at 1103 Ringo Street from R4, Two-Family
10 District, to PD-C, Planned Development-Commercial, filed by Yelena Petroukhina, was denied by the
11 Little Rock Planning Commission on May 14,2019,by a vote of 4 ayes, 5 nays and 2 absent;and,
12 WHEREAS, the applicant timely filed an appeal of this decision to the Little Rock Board of
13 Directors.
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
16 Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 6:00 PM, or as soon
17 afterwards as the item is reached upon the call of the Agenda, in the Board Chambers on the second floor
18 of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street,Little Rock,Arkansas, on the question of whether to overturn the
19 denial by the Little Rock Planning Commission of a request by Yelena Petroukhina to rezone the property
20 located at 1103 Ringo Street from R-4, Two-Family District, to PD-C, Planned Development-
21 Commercial.
22 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed.
23 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
24 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
26 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
29 resolution.
30 Section 4.Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
31 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
