5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-9372: Described as part of the S '/2 SE 1/4 of Section 25, and part of the N%NE 'A
13 of Section 36, all in T-2-N, R-14-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
14 more particularly described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner of Lot
15 4, Champlin Drive Commercial, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
16 said point lying on. the southerly right-of-way line of Rahling Road; thence
17 NO3°01'41"W, a distance of 96.91 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line
18 of Rahling Road; said point being the Point of Beginning; thence N24°47'53"W, a
19 distance of 571.27 feet; thence N65°12'07"E, a distance of 450.00 feet; thence
20 524°47'53"E, a distance of 571.27 feet to a point on the said northerly right-of-way
21 line of Rahling Road; thence S65°12'07"W,along said northerly right-of-way line,a
22 distance of 450.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 5.90 acres, more or
23 less: From R-2, Single-Family District, to 0-3, General Office District. (north side
24 of Rahling Road,East of Kirk Road)
25 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
26 Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
27 affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
28 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
32 ordinance.
33 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
34 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
