3 ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY- OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-9371: Described as Lot 7, Block 1, Barber Avenue Subdivision of Watkin's
13 Addition to the city of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and Lot 14, Block 1,
14 Owen's Subdivision of Watkin's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
15 County, Arkansas, and Lot 1,Block 2, Owen's Subdivision of Watkin's Addition to •
16 the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and Lot 5, Block 2, Owen's
17 Subdivision of Watkin's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
18 Arkansas: From I-2, Light Industrial District, to R-4, Two-Family District (2701
19 Barber Street and 2705/2800/2818 Welch Street).
20 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
21 Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
22 affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
27 ordinance.
28 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
29 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
