3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ONE (1) OPERATOR PERMIT AND 100
4 TAXICAB PERMITS FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK
5 TRANSPORTATION, LLC, AND ONE (1) OPERATOR PERMIT AND
6 FIVE (5) TAXICAB PERMITS FOR KEN'S CAB, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD
7 OF JANUARY 1, 2019, TO DECEMBER 31, 2019; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation, LLC, has properly applied for approval of one (1)
11 Operator Permit and 100 Taxicab Permits and Ken's Cab, LLC, has properly applied for approval of one
12 (1) Operator Permit and five (5) Taxicab Permits as set forth in Little Rock, Ark., Rev. Code §§ 34-48
13 (1988), and the Fleet Services Director, as Administrator of this chapter, has concluded that all necessary
14 and appropriate requirements have been met and has recommended that these permits should be granted.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. Greater Little Rock Transportation, LLC, is granted one (1) Operator Permit and 100
18 Taxicab Permits and Ken's Cab, LLC, is granted one (1) Operator Permit and five (5) Taxicab Permits for
19 the period from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019.
20 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
24 resolution.
25 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances and resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent

with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
