A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO TOWNSHIP
BUILDERS, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AUXOR LANE /COFFER
LANE DRAINAGE PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the construction of Auxor Lane /Coffer Lane
8 Drainage Project, and
9 WHEREAS, Township Builders, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
i 1 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
13 Township Builders, Inc. for construction of Auxor Lane /Coffer Lane Drainage Project.
14 Section 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in account
15 315 - 220 -DP01. Amount for construction services: $282,757.47 ($257,052.25 plus 10%
16 contingencies)
17 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
18 of its adoption.

Subject: Resolution passed April 19th.
Tom,
There was an error in the resolution No. 11,977 that was passed on April 19th, When Public Works copied
over the information from one project to another the name of the vendor was not changed, so the vendor
who was awarded the contact was listed incorrectly. The bid should have been Lasiter, but Township was
copied over.
What do we need to do to correct this.
I am attaching a copy of the resolution that was passed, and a copy of what is on the agenda for Tuesday
night, but I think we need to mention in the one for Tuesday that it amends the first one.
Let me know what we need to do.
