RESOLUTION NO. 12,191
3 A RESOLUTION TO RENEW 140 TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS
4 FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC
5 (GLRTS) FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2006, TO
6 DECEMBER 31, 2006; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC. has properly
9 applied for renewal of 140 taxicab operator permits for the year 2006, and has
10 established that it is properly insured and in compliance with the City Transportation
11 Code,
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
13 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
14 Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal of 140 taxicab operator permits for the
15 period from January 1, 2006, to December 31, 2006.
16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or
17 adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not
18 affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
20 originally a part of this resolution.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which
22 are in conflict with any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of
23 such conflict.
