3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH LASHER OIL COMPANY FOR FUEL
5 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ONE YEt�R; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Invitation to Bid C05030 was issued for fuel supply and delivery
9 services for one year, and Lasher Oil Company submitted the most responsible and
10 responsive bid for the estimated amount of One Million, Eight Hundred Six Thousand,
11 Nine Hundred Six Dollars ($1,806,906.00 );
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
13 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter
15 into a one-year contract with Lasher Oil Company for fuel supply and delivery service
16 to Fleet Services, in an estimated amount not to exceed One Milli�n, Eight Hundred Six
17 Thousand, Nine Hundred Six Dollars ($1,806,906.00) .
18 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Account #600-360-
19 6020-6023-2163.
20 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
21 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
22 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
23 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
24 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that

1 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
2 of such inconsistency.
