A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO TOWNSHIP
BUILDERS CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR WINTERWOOD
5 (WILDERNESS TO STARDUST TRAIL) STREET CONSTRUCTION
6 PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Winterwood
(Wilderness to Stardust Trail), under Bid No. 05-341;
WHEREAS, Township Builders Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest
responsive and responsible bid, in the amount of $307,343.30 ($279,403.00 plus 10%
contingencies);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
16 Township Builders Construction, Inc. for street reconstruction Winterwood (Wilderness
17 to Stardust Trail), in the amount of $307,343.30 ($279,403.00 plus 10% contingencies).
18 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds for Winterwood (Wilderness to Stardust Trail) are
19 available in 314-220-SR25 with supplemental funding from 314-220-SR05.
20 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
21 of its adoption.
