A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO LASITER
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR WARREN YORKWOOD CULVERT
DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Warren
9 Yorkwood Culvert Drain Improvements, under Bid No.05-320; and
10 WHEREAS, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and
11 responsible bid in the amount of $246,021.60 ($223,656.00 plus 10% contingencies).
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAR3D OF DIRECTORS OF

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
15 Lasiter Construction, Inc. for street reconstruction for Warren Yorkwood Culvert Drain
16 Improvements, under Bid No.05-320, in the amount of $246,02�.60 ($223,656.00 plus
17 10% contingencies).
18 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds for Warren Yorkwood Culvert Drain Improvements
19 are available in 315-220-DP09, DP01 and DP05 for the drainage portion of the project;
20 and 314-220-SR08 and SR10 for the street reconstruction portion of the project.
21 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
22 of its adoption.
