RESOLUTION N0.12,182
A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO LASITER
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR STONEWALL (SPRUCE TO COUNTRY
CLUB) DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Stonewall (Spruce
9 to Country Club) Drainage, under Bid No.05-321; and
10 WHEREAS, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and

responsible bid, in the amount of $608,617.90 ($553,289.00 plus 10% contingencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
15 Lasiter Construction, Inc. for drainage improvements for Stonewall (Spruce to Country

Club) Drainage, under Bid No.05-321, in the amount of $608,6"i 7.90 ($553,289.00 plus
10% contingencies.
18 Section 2. 2004 Bond Funds for Stonewall (Spruce to Country Club) Drainage are
19 available in 315-220-DP07 for the drainage portion of the project and 314-220-SR17 for
20 the street reconstruction portion of the project.
21 Section 3. This resolution supersedes resolution number 12,128. This resolution
22 will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
