121691 RESOLUTION NO. 12,169 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO 4 ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH T & V ENTERPRISES TO 5 PROVIDE SERVICES FOR RENOVATION OF FIRE STATION 6 #3; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS, the 2004 Capital Improvement Bond issue approved by the voters of 9 the City of Little Rock provided funds for the renovation of twenty of the City's fire 10 stations, and 11 WHEREAS, Fire Station #3 located at 4323 West 22nd Street was one of the 12 stations included for the improvements as part of the renovation project, and 13 WHEREAS, Phase I renovation was completed on Fire Station #3 earlier this year 14 and Phase II work will complete renovation of the station, including upgrade of the 15 engine room, kitchen, and related facilities. 16 WHEREAS, an invitation was issued for renovation of Fire Station #3, and T & V 17 Enterprises submitted the most responsive and responsible bid in the amount of 18 Seventy -five Thousand, Eight Hundred Eleven and 58/100 Dollars ($75,811.58). 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 20 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 21 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter 22 into a contract with T & V Enterprises, in the amount of Seventy -five Thousand, Eight 23 Hundred Eleven and 58/100 Dollars ($75,811.58), for the renovation of Fire Station #3, at 24 4323 West 22nd Street. 25 Section 2. This project will be funded from 2004 Bond Projects Fund. 26 Section 3. Severability. Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
