A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
LASITER CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR EAGLE
DRIVE, PRESTON DRIVE & DUVAL CIRCLE
DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the street reconstruction of Eagle Drive, Preston
Drive & Duval Circle Drainage, Bid No.05 -336.
AND, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Lasiter Construction, Inc. for drainage improvements Eagle Drive, Preston Drive &
Duval Circle Drainage, Bid No.05 -336.
SECTION 2. 2004 Bond Funds are available for Eagle Drive, Preston Drive & Duval
Circle Drainage are available in 314- 220 -DP02. Amount of construction services:
$358,986.10 ($326,351.00 plus 10% contingencies).
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
