3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION NO.
4 14,733(MARCH 6,2018)TO ESTABLISH THAT THE CORRECT SOURCE
5 FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SKID STEER LOADER WITH A
6 4-IN-1 LOADER BUCKET IS CLARK EQUIPMENT COMPANY D/B/A
7 BOBCAT COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, in Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 14,733 (March 6, 2018), the Board of Directors
10 authorized the purchase of certain equipment through the National Joint Powers Alliance Purchase
11 Agreement and was informed that the purchase order should be made to Hugg&Hall Equipment Company;
12 and,
13 WHEREAS, it has been discovered that the purchase order should name Clark Equipment Company
14 d/b/a Bobcat Company as the correct vendor for one(1) Skid Steer Loader with a 4-in-1 Loader Bucket.
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. Section 1 of Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 14,733 (March 6,2018) is amended to read
18 as follows:
19 The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Clark Equipment Company
20 d/b/a/Bobcat Company for the purchase of one(1)Skid Steer Loader with a 4-in-1 Loader
21 Bucket.
22 Section 2. Any aspect of Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 14,733 (March 6, 2018)which references
23 that the purchase set forth in Section 1 of this resolution is to be made from Hugg & Hall Equipment •
24 Company is hereby amended to refer to Clark Equipment Company d/b/a Bobcat Company.
25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
26 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or a
27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
29 resolution.
30 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same with the provisions of this
31 resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency including,but not limited to,Little Rock,
32 Ark.,Resolution No. 14,733 (March 6,2018).
