3 AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE CHENAL KANIS STORAGE
4 CENTER ANNEXATION (A-323), TO ADD CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
5 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS,a petition for voluntary annexation (the"Petition")was filed with the County Clerk of
8 Pulaski County, Arkansas, by the owner of hereinafter designated lands praying that said lands be
9 annexed to and made part of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas;and,

10 WHEREAS, on August 28, 2012, the County Court of Pulaski County,Arkansas, found that the
11 Petition was signed by a majority of the total number of the real property owners of the area to be
12 annexed and by the owners of some 7.63 acres of said area;and,
13 WHEREAS;said lands are contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate limits of the City of
14 Little Rock;and,
15 WHEREAS,an accurate map of said lands has been filed with and made a part of said Petition;and,
16 WHEREAS,proper notice has been given for the time and in the manner prescribed by law;and,
17 WHEREAS,all things pertaining thereto have been done in the manner prescribed by law and that
i 18 said lands should be annexed to and made part of the City of Little Rock.
19 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY

17 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or resolutions of the City in conflict herewith are hereby
18 repealed to the extent of such conflict.
