3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE USES OF THE BALANCE
4 OF 2005 HOME FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received $1,105,435 in 2005 HOME
funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and
WHEREAS, on November 1, 2004, the Little Rock Board of Directors approved
funding for a portion of the 2005 HOME Program Grant (Res.11,823), and
WHEREAS, at that time, funding was set aside for CHDO's and for
undesignated projects, and
WHEREAS, at least two (2) public hearings have been conducted in order to
assure the maximum citizen input possible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 2. The Board approves the submission of the following projected uses
of 2005 Home Investment Partnership Funds:
(A) Community Living $ 67,138
(B) The Gaines House 69,450
(C) Stonewood Apts. Ltd. Partnership 100,000
(D) Charles Vann/William Carter 131,000
(E) Chris Griffin 601000
(F) Downtown LR CDC 200,000
(G) Habitat for Humanity 100,000
(H) P.E. Investments 60,000
Total $787,588

Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
