RESOLUTION NO. 12,148
3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
4 TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THE
5 DONATION OF 92 LOTS IN THE ROLLING PINES SUBDIVISION
6 FROM ROLLING PINES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP; AND FOR
7 OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, Rolling Pines Limited Partnership desires to donate to the City 92
10 lots in the Rolling Pines Subdivision, and
11 WHEREAS, after the offer of dedication was made, the City researched the
12 property and conducted a Phase I environmental audit through ATOKA, Inc., which
13 stated that there were no visible or readily identifiable indications that the subject
14 property is or has been adversely impacted by environmental conditions, and
15 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that the acquisition of the
16 subject property would be beneficial to the interests and welfare of the citizens of the
17 City, and
18 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors deems it appropriate to accept the
19 donation of 92 lots from Rolling Pines Limited Partnership for housing development
20 and other possible future purposes.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
22 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
23 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to
24 execute any documents necessary for the City to accept the donation by Rolling Pines
25 Limited Partnership of 92 lots within Rolling Pines Subdivision that are more
26 particularly described in Attachment A hereto and shown on the accompanying map.

1 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
2 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
3 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
4 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
5 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
6 resolution.
7 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
8 are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
9 of such inconsistency.
