AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED PLATTED
BUILDING LINE AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW
DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS FOR THE OVERLOOK PARK
REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT (5- 46 -AA), LOCATED
SOUTH OF OVERLOOK DRIVE, AT THE END OF
WOODGLEN ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Overlook Park Revised
Preliminary Plat (5- 46 -AA), located South of Overlook Drive, at the end of Woodglen
Road as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -256 for the Overlook Park Revised Preliminary Plat (5- 46 -AA), to allow a
reduced platted building line for Lots 152 -164 of the Overlook Park Addition.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from provisions of Chapter 31, Section
31- 232(d) for the Overlook Park Revised Preliminary Plat (5- 46 -AA), to allow double
frontage lots for Lots 166 -173 of the Overlook Park Addition.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
