AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN IN THE
BARRETT PLANNING DISTRICT FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO
TRANSITION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
8 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby approves the amendment of the Land
10 Use Plan of the City of Little Rock in the Barrett Planning District changing the
11 Northwest corner of Highway 10 and Morgan Cemetery Road from Single Family to
12 Transition.
