That Ordinance Number 19,871 is hereby repealed, removing from the official zoning 29 map the classification PID. 30 Section 2. That the underlying 1-2 zoning classification is restored to the property described as: 31 Z-6555-A: LOT 5, EVERGREEN INDUSTRIAL PARK, CITY OF LITTLE 32 ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS. 33 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 34 Rock,Arkansas, and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 35 [Page 1 of 3] 1 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. 2 Section 4. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 27 ordinance. 28 Section 7. Repealer.
