4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED POLLACK
5 REALTY REVISED SHORT-FORM PD-O, LOCATED AT 4016 STANNUS
6 ROAD (Z-7950-B), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE
7 OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD-O,
13 Planned Development—Office,to Revised PD-O,Panned Development-Office:
14 Z-7950-B: Part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 Section 13, and part of the SE '/4 SE 1/4 Section
15 14,T-1-N,R-13-W,Pulaski County,Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
16 beginning at a point 80.7 feet east and 170.0 feet south of the northwest corner of said
17 SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 13, thence south 150.0 feet, thence West 285.3 feet thence
18 north 150.0 feet, thence east 285.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.982
19 acres,more or less.
20 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
21 Rock Planning Commission.
22 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Pollack Realty Revised Short-
23 Form PD-O, located at 4016 Stannus Road(Z-7950-B), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval
24 within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances.
25 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
26 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
27 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. •
29 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 ordinance.

1 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
