3 A RESOLUTION TO SET FEBRUARY 20, 2018, AS THE DATE OF
4 PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO
5 TWENTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($25,000,000.00), IN CITY OF
6 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TAXABLE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
7 REVENUE BONDS (3M PROJECT), SERIES 2018; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "City") has been asked by 3-M Company to
11 consider the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds to finance the construction of
12 infrastructure and improvements, and acquisition and installation of equipment at its finished granule
13 management and pre-shipment storage facility located at 3110 Walter's Road in Little Rock,Arkansas;and
14 WHEREAS,a public hearing is required prior to the issuance of such Industrial Development Revenue
15 Bonds;
16 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at 6:00 PM, or as soon as
19 the matter comes upon the agenda,before the Little Rock Board of Directors in the Board Chambers on the
20 2nd floor of City Hall, located at 500 West Markham Street,Little Rock,Arkansas,to consider the issuance
21 of up to Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000.00) in principal amount of City of Little Rock,
22 Arkansas,Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bonds(3M Project), Series 2018.
