The City hereby certain property and rights-of-way in the Chamber of Commerce Addition, 22 the Granite Park Addition and the Frisby Addition, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more completely 23 described as follows: . 24 1. Chamber of Commerce Addition: All lots, streets, alleys, rights-of-way and easements in the 25 Chamber of Commerce Addition of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The 26 following described property in Section 13,Township 1 North,Range 12 West and Section 18, 27 Township 1 North, Range 11 West and being the property platted as Chamber of Commerce 28 Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County Arkansas: 29 a) The NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 13,Township 1 North,Range 12 West 30 b) Part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 18,Township 1 North, Range 11 West 31 The particular streets and alleys being vacated are: All of the streets, alleys and utility 32 easements included in the plat including, but not limited to 35'1' Street; Lenwood Avenue; 33 Hollenberg Avenue;Kavanaugh Avenue;Reyburn Avenue;Arnold Avenue;and Price Avenue. In the event any title, subtitle, section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, 9 subparagraph,item,sentence,clause,phrase,or work of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 10 or unconstitutional,such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance 11 which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or 12 unconstitutional was not originally a part of this ordinance. 13 Section 4. Repealer.
