21432 1111111111111111111111111111 2017039727 PRESENTED:06-22-2017 02:08:21 PM RECORDED:06-22-2017 02:13:50 PM In Official Records of Larry Crane Circuit/County Clerk 1 ORDINANCE NO. 21,43JLAsKI CO,AR FEE$20.00 2 3 AN ORDINANCE TO ABANDON AN ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED AT 4 324 WALNUT STREET, IN THE GLENDALE SUBDIVISION, TO THE 5 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 6 7 WHEREAS,the owner of a lot at 324 Walnut Street(Lot 1, Block 3 of the Glendale Addition to the 8 City of Little Rock, Arkansas) has requested the abandonment of a ten(10)-foot access along the western 9 property line of the parcel; and, 10 WHEREAS, all appropriate statutory requirements have been met and a public hearing was held on 11 June 20,2017,pursuant to a notice published pursuant to Little Rock,Ark.,Resolution No. 14,572(June 6, 12 2017); and, 13 WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,has not been presented with 14 any evidence to suggest that this abandonment would create any undue hardships; 15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 17 Section 1. The City hereby abandons a ten(10)-foot access easement located in the western property 18 line of Lot 1, Bock 3 of the Glendale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and more completely . 19 described as follows: The west ten(10)feet of Lot 1,Block 3,Glendale Addition to the City of Little Rock, 20 Pulaski County,Arkansas. 21 Section 2. After a public hearing the City has found no reason to maintain this easement, nor any 22 evidence that the abandonment of this easement would create any undue hardships. 23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, subtitle, section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, 24 subparagraph,item,sentence,clause,phrase,or work of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 25 or unconstitutional,such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance 26 which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or 27 unconstitutional was not originally a part of this ordinance. 28 Section 4. Repealer.
