12 . Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD-O,
13 Planned Office Development to Revised PD-O,Planned Office Development:
14 Z-8998-A: Lots 4 thru 7,Block 263;Part of Lots 3,4 and 5,All of Lots 6 thru 8,part
15 of Lots 9 and 10,Block 289; Lots 7 thru 9,Block 306 all in the Original City of Little
16 Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas,and the former alley right-of-way adjacent to Block
17 289,Original City of Little Rock abandoned by Ordinance No.20,968,adopted by the
18 Little Rock Board of Directors on December 2,2014,and parts of the former rights-
19 of-way for West 8', Cross.and Ringo Streets adjacent to Blocks 263,289 and 306 as
20 abandoned by Ordinance No. 20,968,adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors
21 on December 2,2014.
22 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
23 Rock Planning Commission.
24 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for MEMS Revised Short-Form PD-
25 0, located at 1121 West 7' Street(Z-8998-A), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the
26 time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
27 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
28 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
29 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
30 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
31 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
