3 AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 36.,
4 SECTION 36-543. (7) TO ALLOW ARKANSAS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
5 TO PLACE ROOF SIGNS ON THE EAST AND NORTH FACADES OF
6 THE MAIN HOSPITAL BUILDING, LOCATED AT #1 CHILDREN'S
7 WAY, AND THE WEST FACADE OF THE MEDICAL OFFICE
8 BUILDING,LOCATED AT 1900 MARYLAND AVENUE,IN THE CITY OF
9 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
12 ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1. That the provisions of Chapter 36., Section 36-543. (7), be waived for the purpose of
14 allowing Arkansas Children's Hospital to place roof signs on the east and north facades of the main hospital •
15 building located at#1 Children's Way and on the west façade of the medical office building located at 1900
16 Maryland Avenue. •
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title,section,paragraph, item,sentence,clause,phrase,or word
18 of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication
19 shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the
20 portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
21 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
22 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
