That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 14 Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD, Planned Commercial Development: 15 Z-6932-C: Lot 1 Munford Addition#3 an Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski 16 County,Arkansas,except that east five(5)feet for right-of-way. 17 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 18 Rock Planning Commission. The applicant has secured an agreement with the Little Rock School District 19 to allow the use of parking spaces for overflow parking. If at any time the lease is voided or the use of the 20 property is discontinued, the PCD must be brought back to the Commission and Board of Directors for 21 review and approval of the proposed parking plan. 22 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Arkansas Association of the 23 Nigerians African Heritage House Revised Short-Form PCD,located at 9802 Geyer Springs Road(Z-6932- 24 C), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, 25 Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 26 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 27 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 28 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 29 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 30 Section 6. Severability.
