4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-8846-A: Described as a portion of Lincoln Avenue Place Interurban Addition to
13 the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, located in the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the
14 Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township One (1) North,
15 Range Thirteen (13) West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
16 the southeast corner of said Lincoln Avenue Place Interurban Addition; thence
17 North 00°24'49" West a distance of 553.39 feet to a point; thence North 88°57'04"
18 West a distance of 267.65 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North
19 88°57'04" West a distance of 203.84 feet to a point; thence North 00°40'15" East a
20 distance of 148.30 feet to a point of cusp with a nontangent curve to the left, having
21 a radius of 200.00 feet, and a long chord bearing South 54°18'02" East a distance of
22 248.83 feet; thence along said curve an arc distance of 268.56 feet to a point; thence
23 South 00°05'53" West a distance of 6.81 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing
24 8,429.07 square-feet,more or less.

3 curve an arc distance of 265.77 feet to a point; thence South 00°36'01" West a
4 distance of 8.54 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 8,542.67 square-feet, more
5 or less: From R-2, Single-Family District, to M, Mining District. (North of the
6 15,500 Block of Lawson Road)
7 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
8 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
9 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
10 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30)days after the date of its
11 passage and approval.
12 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
13 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
14 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
15 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
16 ordinance.
17 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
18 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
