AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE
ANNUAL YAINTENANCE CHARGE FOR
MOUNT HOLLY CEMERY., AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2199 AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1, Section 1•of Ordinance No. 2199
of the ordinances of the City of Little Rook is
hereby amended to read as follows:
ffSection 1. There is hereby levied
upon each lot in said Mount-Holly Ceme-
tary, an annual charge of $4.00 for the
maintenance of said Cemet'ary. Said
sum must be paid between the first day
of August and the first day of December,
of each year. If said charge is not paid
by the first day of December of each year,
a penalty of one dollar per lot,, shall
be added'thereto, and a like penalty of
one dollar per lot shall be added for
each year that said charge shall remain
unpaid."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage*
