5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A REZONING FROM R-2,
6 SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT, TO C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD
7 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT,LOCATED AT 6100/6108 CANTRELL ROAD
8 (Z-4816-B), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
9 OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
12 Commission's recommendation of denial for a rezoning from R-2 to C-1, located at 6100/6108 Cantrell
13 Road(Z-4816-B), in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial for a rezoning, located at 6100/6108
17 Cantrell Road(Z-4816-B), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
18 Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 16th day of
19 August,2016.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
