4 HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A LAND USE PLAN
6 AMENDMENT FROM RL, RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY, TO NC,
7 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, LOCATED AT 6100/6108
8 CANTRELL ROAD (LU16-03-01), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has beenfiled as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
12 Commission's recommendation of denial for a Land Use Plan Amendment from RL, Residential Low
13 Density, to NC, Neighborhood Commercial, located at 6100/6108 Cantrell Road (LU16-03-01), in the
14 City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
15 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial for a Land Use Plan Amendment from
18 RL, Residential Low Density, to NC, Neighborhood Commercial, located at 6100/6108 Cantrell Road
19 (LU16-03-01), in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of
20 the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 16th day of August,2016.
21 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
22 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
23 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
