That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z-9134: Described as Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, Hick's Interurban Addition to the 13 City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas: From R-2, Single-Family District to 14 R-4,Two-Family District(2107/2111 Perry Street). 15 Section 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30) days after the date of its 19 passage and approval. 20 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 21 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 24 ordinance. 25 Section 5. Repealer.
