That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from UU, 13 Urban Use District,to PCD, Planned Commercial Development: 14 Z-7756-A: Lot 9,Block 3 Pope's Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County, 15 Arkansas. • 16 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 17 Little Rock Planning Commission. 18 SECTION 3. That Chapter 36, Section 353(e)(3)(a) be waived to allow the proposed internally lit 19 signs. 20 SECTION 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Axiom Practice Management 21 Short-Form PCD,located at 610 President Clinton Avenue(Z-7756-A), is conditioned upon obtaining final 22 plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of 23 Ordinances. 24 SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 26 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 27 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 28 SECTION 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 29 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 32 ordinance. 33 SECTION 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent 34 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
