10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
13 Planned Commercial Development.to Revised PCD,Planned Commercial Development:
14 Z-5276-A: All of Lot 17 and all of Lot 18, O. J. Dickey's Subdivision, Little Rock,
15 Pulaski County,Arkansas. Less and Expect the following described portions of said
16 Lot 18, beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 18, thence N89°46'46"E along
17 the north line of said Lot 18, 80.58 feet; thence S 02°16'49" W 13.32 feet; thence
18 S 09°08'00"W,80.0 feet to the point of the west line of said Lot 18;thence N 00°09'00"
19 W along the west line of said Lot 18, 14.02 feet to the point of beginning.
20 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
21 Little Rock Planning Commission.
22 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Faithway Baptist Church
23 Short-Form PCD, located at 7510 South University Avenue (Z-5276-A), is conditioned upon obtaining
24 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of
25 Ordinances.
26 SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
27 SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
28 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
31
or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.was not originally a part of the
34 ordinance.

1 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
2 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
