3 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR JULY
4 5, 2016, ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A REQUESTED PLANNED
6 ZONING DISTRICT TITLED NEIL SHORT-FORM PD-C, LOCATED AT
7 1215 DENNISON STREET (Z-9094), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, the applicant, Sheila Neil, is appealing the Planning Commission's recommendation of
11 denial for a Planned Commercial Development, located at 1215 Dennison Street.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The hearing on the appeal of the Planning Commission's recommendation of denial for a
15 requested Planned Zoning District titled Neil Short-Form PD-C, located at 1215 Dennison Street (Z-
16 9094), shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room
17 of City Hall at six o'clock on June 21, 2016.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
