4 21, 2016, ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A REQUESTED ZONING
6 DISTRICT TITLED SM INVESTMENTS MIDTOWN, LLC, SHORT-
7 FORM PCD, LOCATED AT 4520 WEST MARKHAM STREET, LITTLE
8 ROCK,ARKANSAS (Z-2933-B); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the appeal of the Planning
11 Commission's recommendation of denial for a PCD, Planned Commercial Development, located at 4520
12 West Markham Street, Little Rock,Arkansas;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the appeal of the Planning Commission's recommendation of denial for a
16 requested zoning district titled SM Investments Midtown, LLC, Short-Form PCD, located at 4520 West
17 Markham Street(Z-2933-B), is to be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
18 in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on June 21,2016.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
