That the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is 24 hereby established and laid off as City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners'Multipurpose Improvement 25 District No. 2016-322 (Ranch West Villas District) for the purpose of providing recreational facilities and 26 maintaining the infrastructure and improvements within the District,together with facilities related to any of 27 the foregoing within said district. 28 Section 2. The following three individuals are hereby ratified as commissioners of said Improvement 29 District: Larry Crain, Jr.; Chandler Rackley; and Chase Rackley. 30 Section 3. The name of Improvement District shall be City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners' 31 Multipurpose Improvement District No. 2016-322 (Ranch West Villas District). 32 Section 4. Severability.In the event any section,subsection,subdivision,paragraph,subparagraph,item, 33 sentence, clause,phrase,or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, [Page 1 of 3] 1 such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining provisions of this ordinance,as if such invalid 2 or unconstitutional provision was not originally a part of this ordinance. 3 Section 5. Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, bylaws, and other matters inconsistent with this 4 ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. 5 Section 6. Emergency. The Board of Directors hereby determines that there is a need for additional 6 infrastructure within the City and hereby determines that the passage of this ordinance will facilitate 7 construction of additional infrastructure within the City.
