3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) AT 16100
4 CHENAL PARKWAY (LU16-19-02); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;

6 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and now
7 recommends it for adoption.
8 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
9 OF LITTLE ROCK:
10 SECTION 1. Located at 19100 Chenal Parkway, the Land Use Plan is changed from Commercial
11 with Special Conditions to Commercial as shown on the attached graphic.
12 SECTION 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
13 or word of this ordinance is declaredr
o adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
14 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
15 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
16 ordinance.
17 SECTION 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
18 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
