3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 5, 2016, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
4 ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON PATRICK COUNTY ROAD AS A
5 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED NORTH OF CANTRELL ROAD,
6 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS (G-23-462); AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon Patrick County Road as a public-right-way extending north from Cantrell Road to the "bridge",
11 the area north of the bridge having been previously abandoned, pursuant to its General Police Power
12 Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
16 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
17 o'clock on April 5,2016.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
