2 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO TOWNSHIP
3 BUILDERS, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE MABELVALE
4 ELEMENTARY AND MABELVALE MIDDLE SCHOOL SIDEWALK
5 PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the construction of the Mabelvale Elementary
7 and Mabelvale Middle School Sidewalk Project, and
8 WHEREAS, Township Builders, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
12 Township Builders for construction of the Mabelvale Elementary and Mabelvale Middle
13 School Sidewalk Project.
14 Section 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in accounts
15 318 - 220 -SW06 and 318 - 220 -SW07. Amount for construction services: $87,516 ($79,560
16 plus 10% contingencies).
17 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
18 of its adoption.
