3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FURBALL WEAR, LLC, AS THE
5 PRIMARY VENDOR OF EMPLOYEE UNIFORMS FOR THE PUBLIC
6 WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS,the City advertised a formal Bid No. C l5021 to solicit proposals for an Annual Contract
9 for Employee Uniforms for the Public Works Department, and the lowest bid received was from Furball
10 Wear,LLC;
11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with Furball Wear, LLC, as
14 primary vendor in an approximate amount of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) per year for
15 contract purchases of Employee Uniforms for the Public Works Department.
16 Section 2: This contract shall be for one(1)-year from the date of the award,with the provision that it
17 may be extended yearly for two (2)additional years upon agreement of both parties.
18 Section 3. Funds for this agreement are available in accounts, 204003-60030; 204008-60030
19 (Operations Accounts) Solid Waste; Civil&Traffic Engineering and Building Services Accounts.
20 Section 4. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid
21 or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this
22 resolution, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or
23 unconstitutional were not originally a part of this resolution.
24 Section 5. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions,and parts thereof,which are in conflict with any
25 provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
