Code Ann. § 11 14-54-104; and, 12 WHEREAS, all property owners located within 200 feet of the site, along with the Hunters Cove 13 Property Owners Association, the Hunters Green Property Owners Association and the Marlowe Manor 14 Property Owners Association were notified of the public hearing, and there were no registered objectors 15 present; and, 16 WHEREAS, abandoning this right-of-way will have no adverse impact on the public welfare and 17 safety; 18 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 19 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 20 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons the access easement 21 located along the northern and western perimeters of the property located at 12719 Hunters Field Road. 22 Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall.be filed in the real estate 23 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in Ex-Officio recorder of Pulaski County,Arkansas. 24 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 25 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 26 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 27 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part 28 of the ordinance. 29 Section 4. Repealer.
