3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED LITTLE
5 ROCK COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER SHORT-FORM PD-
6 0, LOCATED AT 1020 DAISY L. GATSON BATES (Z-9077), LITTLE
7 ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
8 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
9 PURPOSES.

11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
12 ARKANSAS.
13 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from
14 I-2, Light Industrial,to Planned Development-Office:
15 Z-9077: Lots 4,5 6,7 and 8 Block 269,Original City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,
16 Arkansas and a strip of land 30 feet in width by 150 feet in length lying west of and
17 adjacent to Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 269 Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
18 the E'/2 of what was formerly platted as Ringo Street,lying west of said lots and being
19 vacated and abandoned by the City of Little Rock by Ordinance No. 11,570 as
20 recorded in Book 912,Page 283,Records of Pulaski County,Arkansas.
21 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
22 Little Rock Planning Commission.
23 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Little Rock Community
24 Mental Health Center Short-Form PD-O, located at 1020 Daisy L. Gatson Bates (Z-9077), is conditioned
25 upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454
26 (e)of the Code of Ordinances.
27 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
28 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of
31 the plan.
32 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
33 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
34 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
4 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
