3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
4 TO EXECUTE DEEDS FOR THE SALE OF CITY -OWNED VACANT
5 LOTS TO ALBERT HUGHES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, these lots are vacant and are excess property; and
8 WHEREAS, these lots must be maintained by the City;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
10 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute deeds for the sale
12 of lots described as Lot 13, Block 7, W.B. Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
13 Pulaski County, Arkansas.
14 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
15 adoption.
