That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R- 13 2, Single-Family District,to PD-O,Planned Development-Office: 14 Z-9064: A part of the NW % SE 1 NE %, Section 16, Township 1 North Range 13 15 West,Pulaski County,Arkansas,more particularly described as follows: Commence 16 at the NE corner of said NW 1/2 SE 1 NE ' ; thence south 150.6 feet; thence north 89 17 degrees 32 minutes west, 127.8 feet to a point on the centerline of Old Shackleford 18 Road and the point of beginning; thence south 05 degrees 07 minutes west along said 19 centerline of Old Shackleford Road 105.0 feet; thence north 89 degrees 23 minutes 20 west 280.0 feet; thence north 01 degrees 15 minutes degrees 15 minutes west 104.0 21 feet; thence south 89 degrees 32 minutes east 291.6 feet to the point of beginning. 22 SECTION 2. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Isom Short-Form PD-O, 25 located at 3224 Shackleford Pass (Z-9064) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the 26 time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 27 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 28 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 30 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of 31 the plan. 32 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 33 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 34 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page 1 of 2] 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 SECTION 7. Repealer.
